What if YOU. are. the. one?

What if YOU. are. the. one?

What if YOU. are. the. one?

More often than not, it seems like the world happenings are too much. How will we find our way out of the multitude of problems? What is it each one of us are supposed to do, and how can anything we do possible make a difference?

I hear you. At the level of problems, it’s a quagmire. A patch of quicksand underfoot that keeps pulling us deeper and deeper into uncertainty.

In my personal experience, the only place that I have access to ‘solid ground’ is when I am present. That’s where I feel most connected to Life and the goodness that is Her essence. I have learned that Her Life Force carries solutions, next steps, and a place for me to center in peace. None of that is available when I’m not present.

I consider a presence practice my most important practice and one that all other practices stem from. I’ve relied on meditation and creativity to help me build the muscle of staying present.

For years I’ve heard people say how hard it is to meditate. They can’t settle their mind or sit still. They try, but it’s hard and it takes SO long for a payoff that motivation is lost early on. Totally get it!

I’ve come to wildly appreciate that creativity offers the same benefits as meditation while being an active process that moves energy in beautiful ways. So when I invite a woman to explore what her creative soul has to offer, it’s for really important reasons….

  • She needs a more effective way of healing, call it next level transformation
  • I know her heart aches to feel the Sacred Heart (already within) but doesn’t know how to access it and live from this place, your creative soul does, and if you’re alive, you have a creative soul, full stop 🙂
  • It’s an excellent way to practice being present, then take that into daily life. Not to be perfect, but to be a little bit better each day (small steps)
  • Since the end goal of meditation is connection to the Life Force of All-That-Is, and creativity is easier than meditation (with the same end game benefit), I don’t see why one would pass on this option?
  • Even for those who manage a regular meditation practice, the addition of creativity potentiates it
  • The moments of peace that show up during a creative process are worth the price of admission

Why you?

Because I’d bet the store that you don’t realize what lies inside your heart ready to be excavated. It’s the equivalent of gold. And that gold, your soul nuggets if you will, are needed now. Every little bit counts. Your piece of puzzle is enough. Your soul knows what that is and needs an opening. Creativity is a sacred opening for your soul.

That’s why you.

Every breath, every stroke, every step, every release, every conscious choice, every word, every image with your intention of connecting to your soul is THE REASON YOU ARE HERE.

And you matter so much. Every soul is important and needed. None of us have to make this more complicated than it needs to be. It’s actually simple if we allow it to be.

The simplest, least complicated way of connecting with my heart and soul, and being guided from that intelligent place of wisdom is by choosing to engage in creativity. I invite you to this simplicity that holds a treasure trove of gold for you if you just become willing to explore.

One way to explore is HERE. Just pop over and see if it calls to you 🙂 If it does, jump in and I’ll see you in the ‘studio’.

I have to regularly set aside my skepticism that every move I make matters. What I’ve learned is that every time I set aside that cynicism and do something constructive (and believe me any form of creativity is one of the MOST constructive moves on the planet now), I access a more peaceful place, and THAT is a very good contribution to a chaotic world. Not to mention how I think, feel, and act as a result of being more creatively connected to Life, Love, and Light.

It’s beyond words valuable, just as YOU are beyond words valuable.

Let’s bust a move together,

What if YOU. are. the. one?

Yes, I’d like to learn how to take baby steps with my creative exploration (no experience necessary:)

Using the playing of a musical instrument as an analogy, one might be tempted to say…”I just want to play in an orchestra!” Yes, and one must first learn the musical notes.

Each of us wishes to make a positive impact in the world (playing in the orchestra), but first we must build the muscle of being in a co-creative relationship with Life (learning the musical notes is the same as engaging in daily, simple creative expression).

Life needs our creative expression not our fear. Life can move mountains with creative expression, but can do nothing with fear.
